WhatIsMyIPer provides a free IP address lookup service that displays your public IP address and related connection information. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
  • Use automated systems to make excessive requests (beyond normal usage)
  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service

Rate Limiting

The service implements rate limiting of 60 requests per minute per IP address. Exceeding this limit may result in temporary blocking. API keys may be available to bypass rate limits for legitimate use cases.

API Usage

If you use our API, you agree to:

  • Use API keys responsibly and keep them secure
  • Not share API keys with unauthorized parties
  • Respect rate limits and usage guidelines
  • Not use the API for abusive or malicious purposes

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any violation of these terms or for any other reason we deem necessary.
